☾ Fitra Focus — Privacy Policy

Fitra Focus is a personal worship and focus companion. It is built on the principle that your worship is between you and Allah — so we keep as little as possible, we never sell anything, and we never track you across other apps or websites.

The short version. We store your sign-in email and the progress you make inside the app, so your mosque is still there when you come back or switch devices. That is all. No advertising, no data brokers, no tracking, no selling.

What we collect

Your account. The email address you sign in with (directly, or through Google or Apple) and the account identifier Firebase Authentication creates for you.
Your progress. Thikr earned, focus sessions completed, ajzā' of the Qur'an you have marked as read, surahs you have memorised, streaks, achievements, the rooms you have opened, and the items you have bought and placed.
Things you write. A companion name, if you choose one.
Basic diagnostics. Anonymous crash and usage information from Firebase Analytics, used only to find and fix problems.

What we do not collect

No location. Prayer times are calculated on your own device from the clock and a city setting — your position is never sent anywhere.
No contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or health data.
No advertising identifiers, and no tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
No payment details. The app has no purchases; "thikr" is an in-app number earned by worship, and has no monetary value.

Why we hold it

Only to make the app work: to keep your progress safe, to show your streaks and achievements honestly, and to restore your mosque when you sign in on another device. We do not profile you, and we do not use your worship data for advertising of any kind.

Who can see it

You. Your data lives in Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics), which stores it on our behalf under Google's security and privacy terms. Nobody buys it, and we do not share it with anyone else — except where the law genuinely requires it.

Deleting everything

Open Settings → Delete my account inside the app. That erases your account and all of its data — profile, sessions, achievements, rooms and items — permanently and immediately. There is no recovery, by design. You may also write to us and we will do it for you.

Children

Fitra Focus is a family-friendly app suitable for all ages. It does not contain advertising, purchases, chat, or user-to-user content of any kind. We do not knowingly collect data from children beyond the account and progress described above.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will also be announced in the app.
